Ingredients:
- ½ cup frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries, cherries, blackberries, raspberries, etc.)
- ½ cup nonfat plain greek yogurt
- 1 cup soy milk (or low fat milk)
- 2 tbs flax, chia or hemp seed
- ½ cup water
Optional Add-Ins:
- 1 tsp agave nectar, raw honey, or stevia
- 1 scoop protein powder or tofu
- 1 scoop Superfood/Greenfoods powder (or handful of raw spinach, kale or other leafy greens)
Directions:
